The Pizza at CapaTosta is prepared in the same way as it has been prepared in Naples for over 100 years: with original ingredients from the Campania region in the south of Italy, in a Neapolitan hand-made and wood-fired tile oven that gives the pizza its unique flavor and texture and by using the traditional preparation method of the famous Condurro family, the inventors of what we call today an „original Neapolitan pizza“.
